Dear RWD #1 Customers,
The water districts on line payment source, Retail Lockbox is doing updates to their system. During these updates the "AutoPay" feature is being disabled on March 13th, 2026.
If you are set up on line for "AutoPay", and have your payment date set for March 13th or after, the system will not take the payment automatically. You , the customer will have to go online and make your payment manually.
We are hoping these updates are completed in March, so that the system will be back to normal for the customers who use "AutoPay".
